About Rosetta Vision

Rosetta Vision is a free helper for crossword solvers. It's meant to sit beside your puzzle like a knowledgeable friend: it helps you find words, explains how clues work, and only tells you the answer when you ask.

How it works

Results are ranked by how common each word is, so likely answers appear first. The cryptic helper, where available, looks for indicator words, standard abbreviations, anagrams, hidden words, reversals, containers and more, then checks each candidate against a definition at either end of the clue.

Privacy

There are no accounts and no cookies. Every search runs in your browser on a copy of the word list, so what you type never leaves your device. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or track you across sites.
